About
This plugin wraps the LOOM open-source transit map generation suite (github.com/ad-freiburg/loom, © University of Freiburg, GPL-3.0) with a cross-platform Qt GUI. It supports GeoJSON and GTFS inputs, geographic and schematic rendering (octilinear/orthoradial), and runs on Windows (x64), macOS (Apple Silicon) and Linux (x64) with QGIS 3 and QGIS 4. Pre-built, self-contained LOOM binaries are downloaded on first use. Windows port by Transport for Cairo (transportforcairo.com), 2026.
