This plugin can directly download the official groundwater level data from WRIS portal of CGWB, in pivoted format, for custom location and time frame and import it on QGIS directly.(IMPORTANT NOTE* If you are using the plugin outside India, then use a VPN that spoofs to an Indian IP as the plugin CURL's to the WRIS portal of GOI and it doesn't work outside India.)
