Automatic mangrove extraction from Sentinel-2 remote sensing imagery

About

QGIS plugin for automatic mangrove extraction from Sentinel-2 imagery (R10 bands: B2, B3, B4, B8, with optional integration of resampled SWIR bands B11/B12). This plugin targets extent mapping and multi-temporal monitoring of mangroves for reproducible scientific research, relying on freely available data (Copernicus). Important: the model is retrained on every run (no preloaded model) -- the selected ground-truth layer must always correspond to the same geographic area as the Sentinel-2 bands in use, otherwise the plugin refuses the computation before it starts.
