Box_cad QGIS 4 compatibility

FR: Barre d'outils de nettoyage rapide de l'affichage, inspiree d'AutoCAD Map : localiser la couche d'un objet par clic, masquer une couche ou une entite par clic, supprimer des entites par clic ou au lasso (avec confirmation), tout afficher / tout eteindre, trier les couches par type de geometrie et changer l'ordre d'une couche par clic. Barre Dessin : ligne, polyligne, rectangle (orientable), carre et cercle avec longueurs et angles tapes pres du curseur, accrochage et ortho. Chaque action est annulable.
