Applies the Tokyo Night dark color theme to the QGIS interface
About
Brings the Tokyo Night color scheme (popularized by the VS Code theme by enkia) to the QGIS interface. Applies a dark background with blue and purple accents faithful to the original palette. Includes both QSS styling and QPalette integration for broader widget coverage. Can be toggled on and off without restarting QGIS.
