About
Stages an exchange set of ENC (S-57), Inland ENC or S-101 cells, reviews its wet skin of the earth for crossing edges, gaps and coverage faults, offers coordinate-only solutions under the producer's rules, and writes the approved ones into the products without touching issue dates, edition numbers or the dataset structure. Converts an S-57 set to one S-101 exchange set by written rules, each dataset with a report of what became what. S-102 bathymetric surfaces are staged, previewed and audited by the IHO's S-158. Companion to Peau du Monde. The judgement stays with the producer: every change is offered, decided and written on the office's word.
