GeoPackage Converter QGIS 4 compatibility

GeoPackage Converter converts vector and raster files to GeoPackage in two modes: "From project" (preserving symbology, layer order and raster styles from the active QGIS project) and "From folder" (recursive scan with automatic ZIP and RAR support via GDAL /vsizip/ and /vsirar/). In project mode it also converts remote and non-file layers: WFS/OGC API Features, ArcGIS REST FeatureServer, memory, delimited-text/CSV, PostGIS and SpatiaLite (vector), plus WCS, ArcGIS MapServer and WMS (raster, with editable extent and resolution). Features: batch conversion of mixed vector+raster formats, raster tiling with configurable format/size/quality, grouping strategies (all-in-one, per subfolder, per legend group, mirror folder structure), optional CRS reprojection with native QGIS selector, automatic encoding detection for shapefiles, style preservation inside GeoPackage (including full raster style cloning), geometry validation, dry-run preview, background execution, HTML report with vector/raster breakdown, and Processing algorithms for automation. RAR support requires GDAL >= 3.7 with libarchive (e.g. QGIS 3.44+). Works on any country and CRS. UI available in Italian, English and Spanish. Compatible with QGIS 3.34+ (Qt5) and 4.0+ (Qt6). --- Converte file vettoriali e raster in GeoPackage con due modalità: "Da progetto" (preservando simbologia, ordine dei layer e stili raster) e "Da cartella" (scansione ricorsiva con supporto ZIP e RAR). In modalità progetto converte anche layer remoti e non-file: WFS, ArcGIS REST, memoria, CSV, PostGIS (vettoriali) e WCS, ArcGIS MapServer, WMS (raster, con estensione e risoluzione modificabili). Tile raster configurabili, strategie di raggruppamento, riproiezione CRS, rilevamento encoding automatico, salvataggio stili, validazione geometrie, dry-run, esecuzione in background, report HTML e algoritmi di Processing.
