農水省筆ポリゴン（GeoJSON）から選択した地物の構成点座標を平面直角座標系でCSVエクスポートします。 Exports the coordinates of the constituent points of features selected from Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries brush polygons (GeoJSON) to CSV in a plane orthogonal coordinate system.
