About
The Cross Section Generator (CSG) creates cross-section graphs from soil borehole profiles and water measurements, and displays them directly within QGIS. It visualizes horizons, soil types, pH, and groundwater levels (GLG/GHG/GVG) along a selected transect, using a digital terrain model to determine ground elevation. Cross-sections can be exported as SVG, JPG, or PNG, with an optional legend. Developed by Bosgroepen for use with field data collected via Mergin Maps or similar applications.
