About
Two tools on the toolbar. (1) Lasso edit: left-drag adds and dissolves into the active polygon layer; right-drag (or Ctrl+Left) subtracts. (2) Edge multi-select: drag a rectangle to highlight a chain of polygon vertices in white (Shift+drag to add to the selection), then drag the chain to translate it; unselected vertices stay put so boundary edges stretch automatically. Arrow keys nudge by 1 screen pixel (Shift+Arrow by 10). Both tools share the same pan (middle / Space+Left) and zoom (wheel / +/-) gestures.
